She Has A Vision

My vision as Assessor is to work alongside staff to promote fairness and EQUITY;

TRUST in the process and competency of the office; and

TRANSPARENCY in the data and methodology.

Since moving to the county in 2006 I have fallen in love with the mountains and the vivacious people of this community. I currently reside in Breckenridge with my partner, Paul, and dog, Beignet. I'm a fan of paying it forward and in 2012 I started a local chapter of a non profit collective giving circle that empowers women and girls internationally, known as Together Women Rise.

While I've spent the last 10 years at the Assessor's Office, I've always been involved in real estate. As a kid I helped my parents clean and maintain their long-term rental. While in college I rehabbed the home I was in to save on rent. In Summit, I worked in escrow assisting buyers, sellers, lenders and agents with their transaction needs and have worked in real estate mastering a Jill of all trades role for a boutique office. I've built my own house and even dabbled with STR, LTR and all the cleaning and maintenance that goes with it before selling it. Throughout my careers I have developed a well-rounded understanding of home building and maintenance, home ownership, lending, and liability. In addition, I've had to work with all types of people and adapt to various environments, while also working toward mutually beneficial solutions.
